Our Executive Team

It has been a rather indirect route to founding CreteDefender. My professional experience over 28 years has been very broad, including start-ups of numerous small businesses, and running companies in transportation, construction, and commercial real estate development to name a few. After running a business installing commercial concrete coatings for 12 years, I kept being bothered because I wasn’t solving the underlying issues that were causing the problems I was covering up. I am very excited to be able to bring a product that honestly solves and prevents problems. Combine that with my love for creating outstanding businesses, and CreteDefender, Inc. is a natural fit.

I was raised in a home centered around building (Dad was a custom home builder) and real estate (Mom was an agent who paid for my college by selling houses).  I have over 25 years in business, from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups.  And I am passionate about bringing that experience to bear in solving problems with concrete that so many of us see every day, at our work and around our communities.  The ability to help build things that last, while saving money and lowering consumption overall, is what truly excites me.

I have always been an entrepreneur, even from my childhood days.. I had two bikes- one to ride and one to rent! Why am I so passionate about this project? I love our planet. And teaming up with these partners and committing to bringing this amazing product to the mainstream market has become personal for me. The cost savings… the environmental impact of making something as important and widespread as concrete last so much longer… safer and more beautiful sidewalks, shopping centers, downtowns… and CreteDefender is totally eco-friendly! We have a truly outstanding and game-changing product, and I can’t wait to see how it can help you!
